• INTEGRA Final International Conference​
  ​The INTEGRA project, whose research and training have spanned three years, reached its end. In the final stretch of the project, the project’s Consortium gathered all the knowledge, experience and products achieved and shared them with around 80 practitioners from around the world in an international online final conference on the 16th and 17th of December of 2020.

• INTEGRA Pilot training of Portuguese Mentors
  The national (Portugal) pilot training was promoted by IPS_Innovative Prison Systems and was attended by more than a dozen community practitioners working within criminal justice, law enforcement, and university students.

• 3º Staff Training Event
  This event, hosted by IPS_Innovative Prison Systems, marks the 3rd Short-term Joint Staff Training Event of the INTEGRA project, focusing on the prevention of radicalisation within probation settings and its indissociable relationship with the prison and community organisations’ contexts. It will join approximately 40 professionals from prison staff, probation staff and community organisation from Portugal, France, Bulgaria and Greece.​

• Radicalisation Workshop - EuroPris European Prisons Association.
  EuroPris organises a closed-door workshop for prison experts on radicalisation during two half-day sessions. The workshop is hosted by the Belgian Prison Service. It consists of an interactive workshop, combining presentations from a variety European jurisdictions with (moderated) discussions between the participants and with the speakers.

• EU Conference on Youth, Peace and Security - Promoting Youth in Peacebuilding. 
  ​This conference includes a panel titled "Empowering young people to prevent / counter violent extremism" that is organised by the UNESCO. The overarching goals of this conference are to further reinforce momentum in the EU implementation of the Youth, Peace and Security agenda, foster EU policy on Youth, Peace and Security, promote EU-United Nations cooperation on youth in peacebuilding, while enhancing the visibility of the Youth, Peace and Security agenda.

• ​​ERA Seminar on Rehabilitation and Alternative Sanctions to Detention for Radicalised Individuals. 
  ​​This is the third seminar, in a series of four co-funded by the European Commission, on issues related to countering terrorism and radicalisation. It will focus on rehabilitation and alternative sanctions to detention in relation to radicalised individuals. The use of the relevant Framework Decisions within this context will be analysed, along with the judiciary’s role in this area.

• ​​European Commission's Conference on Radicalisation in Prisons.
  ​The European Commission has organised a conference on Radicalisation in Prisons, in close cooperation with the Bulgarian Presidency and with the support of EuroPris and the Confederation of European Probation (CEP). The participants included prison and probation experts, and also judges and prosecutors.

• ​Euro-mediterranean conference of cities on the prevention of radicalisation. 
  More than twenty Mediterranean cities, represented by their respective mayors, have gathered to sign the “Nice Declaration” against terrorism. INTEGRA's project partner IPS_Innovative Prison Systems was present.
